CSM’s integrated management system and procedures are in line with the highest industry standards and are all based on the requirements of: ISO 9001 : ISO 14001 : OHAS 18001

Training

We recognise that training is a key success factor to the business and therefore take competency management seriously. Such that we fully employ in-house trainers and assessors to undertake regular skills and competency assessments on all the workforce, and provide a range of training courses to maintain the skills and competencies of the workforce. The training provided has been greatly received and as such CSM has been extending the services externally to other companies.

Courses offered: First Aid at Work, Emergency First Aid, Manual handling, Fire Marshall & Fire Awareness, Asbestos awareness, working at Height, COSHH, Risk Assessments, Abrasive wheels, CAT & Genny, Banksman, Signaller, Small tools (extensive), placing and finishing concrete, installing drainage systems (above / below ground), formwork design principles & install, Reading Drawings.

A key success factor of CSM’s is the highly trained and competent in-house workforce enabling CSM to deliver complete packages of work from start to finish with full ownership of all aspects of the work from planning and delivery to handover assuring clients that with CSM their works are in proficient hands.
